Back in Bolivia

Hey everybody!! Yours truly, without facial hair for the first time in a loooong time.

Some of you have been wondering what my living conditions are, so here´s a collage of a 180 view of my room (no, Ross, it´s not a hut)

My friend Jaime and I. This is a really fun situation. The rains have essentially made the mountain an island, and the road, as you can see, has been washed out in several places. So after getting off the bus, taking off shoes and socks, and wading across the washed out sections, we´re waiting for the bus to make it through or fall off the road into the water. It made it, thankfully.

Normally, all that water is dry ground.
